Ugh, Do I have to workout today?

I ask myself this all the time. The answer is always yes, but that does not stop me from asking the question. There has to be something to push a person.

For me there is the health reasons; to be around for a long time for my beautiful bride and two darling daughters.

There is also the professional reasons; how would it be for me to write about being fit if I were overweight and out of shape. This would be just a little hypocritical of me. So, yes, you motivate me.

Motivation happens at the table as well. Don’t we have to be motivated not to pile on the food, and force it down our gullet? Motivation keeps us from choosing the wrong foods as well.
