Big New Years Giveaway
New Years Resolution Prize
For those who receive our updates (sign up right over there -> ), I’ve been telling you about a big giveaway by a bunch of fitness bloggers and website owners. Well, it’s time!
Here’s the deal-Below you will find an image that says “Fitness Freebie Blog Hop” that links to other sites. Each one is giving away a prize valued between $25 and $50.
Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to go to each one of these, and follow their instructions to enter for a chance to win the prize that they’re giving away.
The giveaways will run from January 1st to the 5th.
But first, you need to enter for a chance to win our prize. Becca and I have put together a wicked-awesome (that’s for my Boston friends) workout manual together.
The Prize
The workout comes as a PDF, contains a workout log, plus pictures and descriptions for each exercise.
This is a circuit type of workout that uses either dumbbells or resistance bands, plus cardio intervals that are sure to challenge experts as well beginners.

Count me in. I could use a good workout plan. The trainer that I used last year was a total ass, so I won’t go back there.
